Returns Policy

All goods which are returned in the original packaging and have not been opened or used can be returned for a store credit. We do not refund for incorrect choice. Exchanges can be completed at the ABC Baby Warehouse store, or by post, but you must pay for the postage.

Shipping Information

Delivery is calculated once you have completed your shopping. You may check the delivery cost at the time where you enter in your delivery address, you may still continue shopping from here and re-calculate delivery again at any time. We prefer to show delivery as a separate charge, as there really is no such thing as "free delivery" it has to either be built into the products price or charged separately as we do. We feel this is the fairest method of charging for delivery. When placing large orders discounts will be applied on the delivery costs, this may not show up in the payment screen but will be applied to the final transacation.
